Peak Policy
By booking an appointment with Peak Beauty Studio, you agree to the stated policy procedures below.
Booking
To secure a spot in Peak's book, the following policies are in place.
All service bookings offered at Peak Beauty Studio require a card on file. You will not be charged until completion of your service and you may choose to pay another way*1.
The card is held to secure your booking and will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of appointment time or do not show.

There is an 8 minute grace period for all appointment slots. Please keep in mind that if booked back to back and you are late to your appointment time, we may have to shorten your service length. However it is also within Peak's rights to forfeit your appointment, therefore leading to cancellation fees*2.
Forms
All services provided at Peak Beauty Studio require completion of an intake and consent form designated to the service booked and prior to being performed.
Paperwork will be sent digitally or may be filled out in person at your appointment time, prior to your servicing.

Refusal to complete intake forms will result in a cancellation of your booking*3.
Payments
A secure booking and payment system is used for all transactions. This is how you receive your appointment confirmations and receipts.

Cash, card or Zelle are the only payment types accepted.
​
AfterPay is accepted only for package purchases via invoice.
​
There is an additional technology fee for all credit cards for both in person and charging a card on file*4.

Booking deposits, required for certain services, are only accepted via Zelle or credit card.
​
All services, packages and items sold at Peak Beauty Studio are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Packages expire 6 months from purchase date.
*1 - Payment Types Accepted
The only forms of payment accepted at Peak Beauty Studio are cash, credit card, Apple Pay by tap only and Zelle. AfterPay is accepted only for service packages purchased via invoice.
Gratuity can be added on card at checkout, or third-party apps can be used at your technician's acceptance.

*2/3 - Cancellation Fee
We understand that things may come up, however we ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointments prior than 48 hours to your appointment time. If cancellation or rescheduling takes place within 48 hours of appointment time, cancellation fees will take place.
Both cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.

*4 - Card on File
A card on file is required for all services booked at Peak Beauty Studio and can be obtained via Square Online Booking, telephone, email or digital form completion.
Any payments on credit cards are subject to technology fees stated in our Payment Policy. Cancellation fees are also subject to our technology fees.
